WTG’s collaboration service includes the following activities:
- Development of an overarching strategy that crystallises objectives, resources, review processes and success measures for the entire programme
- Identification of suitable community targets (either external or internal), including training, mentoring and nurturing of success-critical early-adopter communities
- Creation of a planned programme of development and change to manage BPR, training, communication and evaluation of modified processes and interactions
- Selection of appropriate collaborative tools (eg. Wikis; blogs; forums; etc.) configuring applications specifically to deliver goals
- Configuration or development of applications specific to community requirements and building intuitive, easy-to-use, engaging solutions integrated with overall business objectives
