Management Team

Jamie was a key member of the original MBO team from C&W in February 2007, having led a highly successful sales operation in C&W Services division, which he joined in Jan 2000. He was appointed Joint Managing Director in October 2008 and brings a wealth of sales and management experience, particularly in the Public Sector. Jamie spent his early career in a range of senior management roles within Sonix, 3Com and Netstore.

Tom joined WTG in February 2007 as Finance and Commercial Director. He was appointed Joint Managing Director in October 2008 and has overall Board responsibility for the successful delivery of customer projects. Prior to joining WTG, Tom had spent 15 years in the telecoms and technology sector in senior financial and commercial roles in both public and private companies. These have included senior roles at Cable & Wireless plc, Nomad Software Limited and O2 plc. Prior to his experience in industry, Tom qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.

Joined WTG in 2008, Andrew’s experience includes sales director roles at Anite Plc where he grew the mobile applications business 300% in 2 years. Previously Andrew held senior roles at CMGi and Deloitte consulting where he built successful services businesses selling into the financial services and public sector markets. Andrew is responsible for growing our existing and new partnerships selling into our core UK public sector markets

Joined WTG in 2010, Jonathan’s experience includes senior technical roles at Securicor Information Systems, SunGard Vivista, where he was Chief Technology Officer of their public sector business and the role of senior manager at Detica, where he was the lead on a number of cutting edge, high profile projects in both Criminal Justice and Defence. Jonathan is responsible for ensuring that WTG remains a key technology leader in the Public Sector space providing solutions that best meet the needs of customers.
