This one day conference will take an in-depth look at how new technologies and strategic objectives can enable organisations to utilise web channels and improve online services.
This year WTG will have two speaker sessions at the event covering the following;
Session One
Title: The role of the online channel in delivering on the promises of “Big Society"
The Big Society programme challenges the public sector to fundamentally change the way in which it engages with citizens. Web based technologies play a key role in achieving this by providing a cost effective channel with which to give citizens, communities and government the power and information they need to come together, solve the problems they face and build the Britain they want.
Session Two
Title: Case study: An innovative approach to online service delivery
As the public sector looks to the web to help improve service delivery, and operational efficiency, this case study focuses on one agency’s use of online solutions to deliver major cost savings and improved citizen self service.
In addition we are also exhibiting at the event, which will give delegates the opportunity to understand more about our solutions and services.
