WTG is a specialist systems integrator delivering Secure Information Solutions (secure collaboration and intelligence management) into the Public Sector and specifically Justice and National Security.
WTG was founded in 1994, when the company was known as Hyperlink. In 2000, Hyperlink was acquired by Cable & Wireless and became a subsidiary company providing strategic application development and design services to the C&W client base. In 2007, WTG became an independent company again, following a management buy-out from Cable & Wireless.
Our solutions transform data (up to confidential) into intelligence (information surfacing) and then share it through secure applications such as email, online portals and collaboration platforms. Many of our projects are end-to-end, from initial complex business requirements analysis, design and build of bespoke applications around the User Interface / business logic, through to integration with state of the art data management technologies and the surrounding security infrastructure plus an overall managed service with aspects up to Impact Level 4 in secure government/partner data centres.
We apply years of experience to build and deliver secure information management solutions that fuse multiple disparate data sources to provide actionable intelligence. We can count over 300,000 secure government users of the systems we have built and delivered (500,000 in total), across approximately 20 critical national systems, managing over 100 million nominal records.
